Unworn, unaltered pieces in their original presentation chest may be returned within 30 days of receipt for exchange or refund, less the original courier fee. Bespoke and engraved pieces are final.

Collection
Armored Return
Returns are collected by the same armored diplomatic courier that delivered the piece. Arrange a collection through the concierge of the supplying house — the archive is never returned by ordinary post.
Authenticity
Provenance Certificate
Every piece is accompanied by a certificate of provenance documenting its maison, materials and archival history. The certificate must be returned with the piece for any exchange or refund to be honoured.
