Demonstration Notice
HERITAGE is a demonstration theme for Astro. No genuine sale, payment or delivery occurs. The terms below illustrate how a production deployment might be governed and are not legal advice.
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the HERITAGE storefront. By browsing or registering with the patron registry, you accept them. As this is a demonstration theme, no binding contract of sale is formed and no genuine transaction takes place.
2. The archive & availability
Pieces are presented with illustrative descriptions, references and prices. Availability, valuation and specification may change without notice. Nothing on the storefront constitutes a firm offer to sell in this demonstration.
3. Acquisitions & pricing
Prices are shown in each edition’s stated currency. A 5% import duty & tax is added to the subtotal at checkout, and a courier fee may apply below an edition’s complimentary-conveyance threshold. In this demonstration, checkout records an order locally in your browser only — no payment is taken.
4. Delivery
Where a production deployment fulfils orders, conveyance is by insured armored courier as described on the Delivery & Returns page. Transit estimates are indicative and exclude customs clearance in your jurisdiction.
5. Returns & refunds
Unworn, unaltered pieces in their original presentation chest may be returned within 30 days of receipt for exchange or refund, less the original courier fee. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment once the piece and its certificate of provenance are received and inspected. Bespoke, engraved and monogrammed pieces are final and non-refundable.
6. Provenance & authenticity
Each piece is represented as accompanied by a certificate of provenance. The certificate remains part of the piece and must be returned with it for any exchange or refund to be honoured.
7. Patron accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you register and for activity under your account. Accounts and their data exist only in your browser in this demonstration and may be cleared at any time.
8. Liability
The storefront is provided “as is” for demonstration. To the extent permitted by law, the operator accepts no liability for loss arising from its use as a demonstration artefact.
